IMKL Tanjungpinang Laporkan Dugaan Pertambangan Ilegal Ke Ditjen GAKKUM KLHK

LINGGA – Ketua Umum Ikatan Mahasiswa Kabupaten Lingga (IMKL) Tanjungpinang Rostami menyampaikan, bahwa pihaknya akan melaporkan beberapa dugaan kegiatan pertambangan ilegal ke Ditjen Penegakan Hukum (Gakkum), Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) dalam rangka komitmen IMKL Tanjungpinang dalam menjaga lingkungan Kabupaten Lingga dari perusahaan tambang yang merusak lingkungan.

Rostami mengatakan akan melaporkan dugaan kegiatan pertambangan ilegal ke  Ditjen Penegakan Hukum (Gakkum), Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (K LHK) ke kabupaten Lingga di Jakarta dalam rangka menindak tegas Perusahaan yang merusak lingkungan dan tidak taat pada undang – undang

Menurut Tami, DLHK Provinsi belum berperan maksimal didalam tindakan untuk menjaga dan tidak menunjukkan performa yang responsif dan proaktif dalam menerima aduan masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan hidup, yang merupakan amanah dari Undang – Undang Dasar 1945. IMKL pernah melakukan audiensi terkait hal ini, dan DLHK Provinsi berjanji akan turun ke lapangan mengecek kondisi yang terjadi. Tetapi sampai hari ini DLHK Provinsi Kepulauan Riau tidak ada ke lapangan untuk melakukan pengecekan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan yang terjadi

“Menjaga Lingkungan Hidup adalah amanah dari UDD 1945, dan hari ini DLHK Provinsi tidak begitu  menunjukan ke masyarakat kabupaten lingga performa yang responsif dan proaktif dalam menerima aduan masyarakat, DLHK Provinsi berjanji akan turun ke lapangan mengecek kondisi yang terjadi. Tetapi sampai hari ini DLHK Provinsi Kepulauan Riau belum ada kelapangan”.

Ditambahnya lagi Laporan ke Ditjen Gakkum KLHK akan kami sampaikan dalam waktu dekat, agar persoalan bisa ditindak tegas dan temui titik terang.

“Hal ini sesuai apa yang menjadi Kedaruratan Lingkungan di Lingga hari ini, Responsibilitas, dan tindakan tegas, dan berkeadilan adalah hal paling penting,” ujar Tami

Untuk itu, IMKL Tanjungpinang akan terus mengawal dan bersinergis dalam rangka menjaga lingkungan hidup dan Lingkungan di Kabupaten Lingga.

“Negara punya tanggung jawab dalam memastikan dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan,” tutupnya
