BATAM – Badan Pengusahaan Batam (BP Batam) menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman dalam Bidang Kesehatan dengan Kementerian Kesehatan RI, pada Jumat (3/06/2022), di Marketing Centre BP Batam.
Penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman ini ditandatangani oleh Kepala BP Batam, Muhammad Rudi dan Sekretaris Jenderal Menteri Kesehatan RI, Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha.
Klausul kerjasama yang disepakati meliputi peningkatan SDM, pemanfaatan data informasi, dukungan administratif, penyusunan rekomendasi kebijakan pembangunan kesehatan serta pengembangan sarana dan prasarana.
Muhammad Rudi berharap Nota Kesepahaman ini menjadi awal dari kerjasama yang baik demi kemajuan investasi di bidang kesehatan dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.
“Awal masa pandemi Covid-19, semua tidak bisa berobat ke luar negeri, terutama ke Singapura dan Malaysia. Dan RSBP Batam, menjadi rujukan masyarakat Kepri,” ungkapnya.
Nota kesepahaman ini dikatakan Muhammad Rudi menjadi langkah baru untuk memberikan nilai tambah RSBP Batam yang nantinya terintegrasi dengan KEK Kesehatan Sekupang.
“Saya berharap RSBP Batam menjadi Rumah Sakit rujukan regional, untuk bagian Sumatera dan menjadi kebanggaan untuk masyarakat Batam,”ujar Muhammad Rudi.
RSBP Batam yang terletak di Tanjung Pinggir, Sekupang, memiliki layanan unggulan Cardio Cerebro Vascular, Trauma Center, dan Onkologi.
RSBP Batam juga telah menambah lima layanan pada tahun 2021, antara lain Studi Elektrofisiologi dan Ablasi Jantung, Endourologi, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) dan Retrograde IntraRenal Surgery (RIRS), Mammography dan Paviliun Alamanda di Klinik Kesehatan Jiwa.
Sekretaris Jenderal Menteri Kesehatan RI, Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha, siap mendukung upaya BP Batam untuk memaksimalkan pengelolaan RSBP Batam.
Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha menyatakan kesiapannya untuk menyediakan hal-hal yang dibutuhkan oleh RSBP Batam.
“BP Batam membuat konsep besar untuk rumah sakit, yang tidak hanya melayani, tetapi juga melakukan pendidikan dan penelitian bagi dokter-dokter spesialis. Nantinya, semoga pasien dari luar negeri juga berobat ke RSBP Batam,” kata Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha.
Setelah kegiatan penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman selesai, rombongan Kementerian Kesehatan RI melakukan kunjungan lapangan ke RSBP Batam untuk melihat fasilitas dan pelayanan kesehatan.

Nasrun; Kepala Biro Umum, Budi Susilo; Kepala Pusat Harmonisasi Kebijakan dan Manajemen Kinerja, Endry Abzan; Kepala Biro Sumber Daya Manusia, Lilik Lujayanti.
