Pasangan Karimun Baru yang menamakan diri sebagai ‘Koalisi Rakyat’ memilih Masjid Al Mubaraq bukan tanpa alasan, melainkan masjid tersebut merupakan tempat pertama bermulanya pemerintahan di Karimun yang dipimpin seorang Amir.
