Keluar Masuk Natuna, Wan Aris Munandar: Penumpang Harus Terapkan Aturan Pemerintah
Lihatkepri.com, Natuna – Guna memastikan orang yang masuk ke Natuna dalam keadaan negatif Covid-19, Ketua Komisi I DPRD Natuna, Wan Arismunandar memantau langsung aktivitas turun naik penumpang Kapal KM. Bukit Raya.
Kegiatan tersebut bertempat di Pelabuhan Selat Lampa, Natuna. Sabtu, (17/07/2021) malam.
Menurut Wan Aris, hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya memutus penyebaran COVID-19 yang datang dari luar Natuna, terlebih saat ini Natuna sedang dalam PPKM Mikro.
“Ini upaya kita mendukung program pemerintah dalam upaya memutus penyebaran COVID-19”, ujar Wan Aris.
Dari hasil pantauannya Wan Aris mengaku, para penumpang yang turun di Natuna dinilai sudah menerapkan aturan pemerintah, salah satunya mampu menunjukkan hasil negatif tes PCR COVID-19.
“Kita sudah melihat langsung di lapangan, bagaimana petugas memeriksa para penumpang kapal yang turun. Dan para penumpang memang membawa surat keterangan hasil negatif PCR”, terangnya.
Dalam hal ini Wan Aris juga mengakui, aturan Pemerintah Daerah yang mewajibkan para penumpang kapal harus menunjukan surat keterangan hasil negatif PCR Covid-19 dapat memberatkan masyarakat.
Namun Wan Aris menjelaskan, aturan yang telah dikeluarkan pemerintah tersebut semata-mata untuk menjaga masyarakat dari terpaparnya wabah Covid-19 yang saat ini masih merebak di Indonesia khususnya.
“Memang memberatkan masyarakat, namun ini lah yang dapat kita lakukan membatasi aktivitas orang yang keluar masuk di Natuna, percayalah, aturan yang telah dibuat oleh pemerintah tersebut semata-mata untuk keselamatan kita semua”, pungkas Wan Aris.
Sebagaimana diketahui, Pemerintah Daerah telah mengeluarkan aturan yang mewajibkan para penumpang kapal dari tujuan Kalimantan, Batam, maupun Tanjungpinang harus mampu menunjukkan surat keterangan hasil negatif PCR COVID-19.
Sementara para penumpang antar pulau di dalam Natuna, harus mampu menunjukan hasil negatif rapid tes Antigen.
