Lihatkepri.com, Bintan – Bupati Bintan H. Apri Sujadi didampingi Wabup Bintan H. Dalmasri Syam dan Sekda Bintan Adi Prihantara menyerahkan DPA APBDes 2020 kepada 36 Desa, Senin (17/2) di Aula Kantor Bupati Bintan.
Dalam agenda tersebut, disejalankan dengan penandatanganan Pakta Integritas yang merupakan wujud transparansi dan pertanggungjawaban Dana Desa.
Suatu kebanggaan tersendiri dimana Aparatur Pemerintahan Desa secara resmi mendapatkan Nomor Induk dengan maksud mengawal dan memberikan keyakinan dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil koordinasi dengan Kementerian, Bintan menjadi satu-satunya dan pertama yang memiliki Nomor Induk bagi Aparatur Desanya.
Bupati Apri dalam arahannya mengharapkan kepada seluruh Kepala Desa dan perangkatnya untuk dapat mengedepankan aspek pembangunan berkesinambungan dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan Dana Desa.
“Gunakan dengan sebaik-baiknya dan ingat selalu bahwa Dana Desa ini harus dipertanggungjawabkan. Laksanakan program pembangunan yang telah direncanakan, namun tetap memperhatikan azas kebutuhan masyarakat” papar Apri.
Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bintan Ronny Kartika, S.STP dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa peningkatan Dana Desa mengalami peningkatan yang sangat fantastis. Dari jumlah Rp. 24 Milyar di tahun 2015 meningkat hampir 7 kali lipat yakni Rp. 155 Milyar di tahun 2020 ini.
Bentuk perhatian Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Daerah ini selaras dengan cita-cita pembangunan yang ingin maju mulai dari Desa. Lebih dari 30 BUMDes di Bintan saat ini pun telah mampu meningkatkan secara signifikan Pendapatan Asli Desa.
“Alhamdulillah, berbagai kemajuan yang ditunjukkan Desa hingga saat ini merupakan prestasi yang patut diapresiasi. Kita terus berkomitmen agar pembangunan Desa bisa berjalan lancar sesuai harapan,” jelasnya.
Sebagai tambahan, melalui Dana Desa telah dilakukan pelatihan 29 orang Satpam yang bekerjasama dengan Polda Kepri. Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, sebanyak 10 orang Satpam telah mulai bekerja di beberapa Perusahaan Besar yang ada di Bintan, seperti PT. BRC Lagoi dan PT. Numbing Jaya. (Media Center Bintan)
