Mendikdasmen Optimistis Percepatan Lahirnya Generasi Emas Terwujud
Melalui 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat
Pekanbaru – Senam pagi di SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru kali ini terasa berbeda. Ratusan peserta didik, didampingi guru dan tenaga kependidikan melakukan Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat (SAIH) bersama Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Mendikdasmen), Abdul Mu’ti di Pekanbaru, Jumat (10/1).
“Saya optimistis dengan anak Indonesia sehat, ceria, dan penuh percaya diri, empunyai mental yang kuat, dan berakhlak mulia, Indonesia Emas 2045 akan bisa cepat terwujud,” ujarnya dalam sambutan yang disampaikan sebelum memulai senam.
Lebih lanjut ia meyakini, dalam membentuk generasi hebat dan kuat, ada 7 kebiasaan yang bisa dilakukan secara rutin dan sungguh-sungguh.
“Itu harus diterapkan dan dilakukan sebagai kegiatan kokurikuler di seluruh sekolah di Indonesia dan luar negeri,” imbuhnya.
Kepala SMPN 4 Pekanbaru, Rukiyah menyambut baik penerapan SAIH di sekolahnya karena terbukti mampu mendorong penguatan karakter dan meningkatkan kebugaran peserta didik.
“Kami mendukung dan akan mengawal program ini untuk terus diterapkan secara berkelanjutan. Kami berharap, setelah ini anak-anak menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam menjalankan beragam aktivitasnya,” tutur Rukiyah.
Perwakilan siswa yang menjadi instruktur SAIH pagi itu adalah Farel Daffa, kelas 9 dan Khanza, kelas 8, menyampaikan kesan-kesannya. Farel merasakan, SAIH yang dilakukan setiap hari di sekolah, memberi kebugaran dan stamina yang lebih prima dalam menjalani rutinitas.
“Sekarang karena setiap pagi senam, saya lebih semangat belajar dan tidak mengantuk,” ungkapnya.
SAIH yang menjadi bagian dari 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat, menurut Farel dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan kebugaran tubuh.
“Tubuh menjadi lebih sehat dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Yang sebelumnya saya agak sulit bangun pagi, sekarang saya lebih sering bangun pagi.”
Hal senada juga dirasakan Khanza, siswi kelas 8 yang mengaku senang menjalankan 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat.
“Saya senang karena merasakan perbedaan setelah menjalankannya. Secara fisik saya lebih bugar dan lebih mudah berkonsentrasi terhadap pelajaran.”
Guru Bimbingan Konseling di SMPN 4 Pekanbaru, Asmawati menyebut tantangan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda begitu beragam. Pesatnya perkembangan dunia digital mempengaruhi pola interaksi dan peradaban generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, implementasi 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat akan semakin menguatkan berbagai upaya dalam menciptakan generasi emas 2045 terutama dalam hal kedisplinan dan tanggung jawab.
“Kebijakan ini membantu kami dalam menguatkan karakter anak sehingga lebih disiplin dan bertanggung jawab terhadap dirinya di mana nilai-nilai itu sangat berguna sebagai bekal mereka di masa depan,” pungkasnya.
Kemendikdasmen menerbitkan kebijakan 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat yang meliputi bangun pagi, berdoa, berolahraga, makan sehat dan bergizi, gemar belajar, bermasyarakat, serta istirahat cepat. Berdasarkan data Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di Kemendikdasmen, hingga saat ini jenjang SMP yang telah menerapkan SAIH sebanyak 25 sekolah.
