JAKARTA – PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI), PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) serta didukung oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan bekerja sama dengan Phintraco Sekuritas menyelenggarakan NovemberFest dengan tema “Pahlawan Masa Kini, Membangun Negeri” pada Jumat (3/11) di Lapangan Branjangan, Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

Acara ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan inklusi pasar modal sekaligus menyambut Hari Pahlawan. Acara NovemberFest dikemas dalam bentuk pameran Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM), kompetisi, talk show, serta hiburan musik. Penyelenggaraan NovemberFest menargetkan terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait pasar modal kepada 3.000 anggota komunitas supporter Persatuan Sepak Bola Surabaya (Persebaya) atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan “Bonek”.

Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan Bonek dapat lebih mengenal dan memanfaatkan pasar modal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan, serta ketahanan ekonominya. Selain itu, program ini juga dilaksanakan sebagai upaya mencegah Bonek agar tidak tertipu oleh investasi ilegal, serta berbagai modus penipuan investasi atau keuangan lainnya yang marak terjadi.

Berdasarkan data dari KSEI sampai dengan akhir September 2023, jumlah investor di pasar modal Indonesia bertambah secara signifikan mencapai 11,6 juta investor, atau tumbuh 13,87% year-to-date (ytd). Kemudian, jumlah investor pasar modal di Surabaya tumbuh secara signifikan mencapai 307 ribu investor, atau tumbuh 9,98% ytd. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme masyarakat Surabaya masih cukup tinggi dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal Indonesia.

Penyelenggaraan acara NovemberFest ini juga sejalan dengan kampanye “Aku Investor Saham” yang bertujuan untuk mendorong peningkatan jumlah investor. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah investor, maka semakin banyak masyarakat bisa menikmati potensi pertumbuhan pasar modal Indonesia. Ke depannya, diharapkan sinergi serta kolaborasi antar stakeholders dapat semakin meningkat sehingga seluruh pihak dapat berperan secara aktif mengembangkan pasar modal Indonesia secara berkelanjutan.

Data Perdagangan Selama sepekan terdapat 1 pencatatan perdana saham di pasar modal Indonesia. PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) mulai mencatatkan sahamnya di Papan Akselerasi BEI pada Senin (31/10). UDNG merupakan perusahaan ke-74 yang tercatat di BEI pada tahun 2023 dan bergerak pada sektor Barang Konsumen Primer dengan sub industri Ikan, Daging & Produk Unggas.

Data perdagangan BEI selama periode tanggal 30 Oktober sampai dengan 3 November 2023 berada pada zona positif. Peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada rata-rata volume transaksi harian Bursa sebesar 34,04% selama sepekan, yaitu menjadi 22,84 miliar lembar saham dari 17,04 miliar lembar saham pada pekan lalu. Rata-rata nilai transaksi harian Bursa selama sepekan turut meningkat 21,04% menjadi sebesar Rp10,95 triliun dari Rp9,05 triliun pada sepekan yang lalu.

Kemudian, peningkatan sebesar 5,5% terjadi pada rata-rata frekuensi transaksi harian Bursa selama sepekan, menjadi 1.258.036 kali transaksi dari 1.192.431 kali transaksi pada pekan lalu. Kapitalisasi pasar Bursa pekan ini turut mengalami kenaikan, yaitu sebesar 0,19% menjadi Rp10.55 triliun dari Rp10.53 triliun pada pekan sebelumnya. Selama sepekan, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,44% menjadi berada di posisi 6.788,850 dari 6.758,793 pada pekan lalu. Investor asing pada hari ini mencatatkan nilai beli bersih sebesar Rp309,60 miliar, dan sepanjang tahun 2023 investor asing telah mencatatkan nilai jual bersih sebesar Rp14,14 triliun.
