Politisi senior ini dengan rekam jejak berhasil menjadi Bupati Natuna, kini kembali aktif di Partai Amanat Nasional.
Hasil pertemuan dengan Yandri Susanto yang merupakan wakil ketua MPR RI dan juga Wakil Ketua Umum DPP PAN serta Ketua Komite Pemenangan Pemilu Nasional Partai Amanat Nasional, Hamid Rizal menyatakan siap memenangkan dan merebut kursi PAN Kepri, bersama caleg lain nya,
“Tentunya hal ini sudah menjadi pertimbangan bagi saya untuk bersama PAN Kepri merebut kemenangan di Kepri, bagaimanapun ada historis saya dengan Partai Amanat Nasional ini, dan hubungan baik saya dengan ketua umum PAN Bapak Zulkifli Hasan, ” ucap Hamid.
Tentunya kerja kerja pemenangan terukur akan kita lakukan bersama seluruh caleg dan pengurus PAN di Kepri,
