TANJUNGPINANG – Menjadi anggota KPU Kepri masa bakti 2023-2028 ternyata merupakan idaman bagi sebagian besar penyelenggara Pemilu (PP). Itu terbukti dari 61 pelamar, 37 orang atau 62 persennya, PP mengikuti tes tertulis dalam seleksi penerimaan anggota KPU Kepri untuk lima tahun mendatang.
“Dari 61 orang pelamar yang ikut tes tertulis seleksi calon anggota KPU Kepri 2023-2028, yang tidak datang dua orang. Dan 37 orang diantaranya adalah penyelenggara Pemilu,” ujar Anggota Timsel KPU Kepri, Ridarman Bay, SE, MM, usai kegiatan tes tertulis, Senin (6/3), di Tanjungpinang.
Ujian tes tertulis itu digelar di SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. Hadir dalam acara seremoni tersebut, Deputi Sekjen KPU RI, Purwoko RH, Anggota KPU Kepri, Arison, Sekretaris H.Irwan Siregar, Ketua Timsel Ngaliman serta anggota Ridarman Bay dan Ijuanda.
Dari nama-nama yang diumumkan Timsel KPU Kepri yang lolos penelitian administrasi, memang terlihat individu yang dikenal sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu yang cukup mumpuni di bumi “Segantang Lada” itu. Tiga incumbent, yakni Widiyono Agung S, Priyo Handoko dan Parlindungan Sihombing, terlihat ikut seleksi.
Belum lagi dari Bawaslu Kepri. Ada anggota Indrawan SP, mantan Ketua Lembaga pengawas Pemilu, M.Sjahri Papene dan mantan anggota Idris. Selain itu banyak juga anggota KPU dan Bawaslu tingkat kab/kota yang juga mengadu nasib menjadi anggota KPU Kepri.
Dari kab/kota terlihat ada tiga anggota KPU Kota Tanjungpinang, M.Yusuf, Andri Yudi, dan Hj.Susanti. Dari Batam ada Jernih Siregar dan Doktor Sastra Tamami, Bintan Rusdel dan Bambang Sumitro, Natuna Junaidi Abdillah dan Musalib. Sedangkan dari Bawaslu kab/kota, nampak Novira Damayanti dari Kota Tanjungpinang, Tiuridah Silitonga dari Karimun, dan Ayanef Yulius dari Natuna.
Tidak itu saja, juga ikut berebut para mantan, diantaranya, Robby Patria, mantan Ketua KPU Kota Tanjungpinang, Agung Budiwibowo mantan anggota KPU Bintan, dan Tutut Endro HP mantan anggota KPU Kota Tanjungpinang periode 2008-2013. Serta Erlambang, mantan Sekretaris KPU Kota Batam.
“Peserta kayaknya akan bersaing ketat antar sesama penyelenggara. Sebab, jatah sebagai anggota KPU Provinsi hanya lima orang. Sedangkan yang bertarung ada sekitar 37 orang penyelenggara Pemilu dari 59 peserta yang hadir,” tutur Ketua Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat (FKDM) Kepri itu.
Menurut Ridarman, setelah tes tertulis, peserta mau mengikuti tes psikologi yang bakal dilaksanakan oleh Dinkes Korem 033/WP Kepri pada Rabu, 8 Maret 2023.
“Dijadualkan tes psikologi pada Rabu, 8 Maret 2023. Untuk sementara, tempatnya kemungkinan di Hotel CK Tanjungpinang. Lokasi tes psikologi masih tentativ ya,” kata Wakil Ketua Harian III Ikatan Cendekiawan Muslim Se-Indonesia (ICMI) Orwil Kepri tersebut.(Red)
