Tadi siang saya ngopi dengannya. Bicaranya serius. Dari mulai kopi dihidangkan sampai saya harus berpamitan pergi ke Dompak, dia tidak berhenti berkisah. Saya hanya menyimak dalam-dalam dari setiap kalimat yang keluar tiada henti dari bibirnya. Sesekali saya pandangi mimiknya yang serius menceritakan bagaimana dia jatuh bangun hingga posisinya seperti sekarang.
Dia memang anak muda yang pantang menyerah. Penilaian itu tidak berlebihan. Karena saya tahu betul bagaimana dirinya sejak tahun 2015 lalu. Ketika bersama-sama terlibat dalam kerja-kerja politik di tahun itu. Meski muda, namun urusan yang diberikan kepadanya selalu selesai dan berhasil dengan baik. Dan dia tidak pernah mengeluh.
Kini, Ary Sulistiono, si anak muda itu, sedang menikmati masa keemasannya. Di lingkaran pebisnis otomotif, siapa yang tidak mengenal lelaki kelahiran 1988 ini. Profesinya sebagai sales mobil dinilai sangat sukses karena kepiawaiannya meloby konsumen.
Bahkan beberapa poster promosi penjualan mobil dari salah satu dealer yang bergambar dirinya yang sengaja dia pasang di beberapa tempat termasuk kedai kopi-kedai kopi, ikut melambungkan namanya sebagai The Greatest Sales untuk kelas lokal Tanjungpinang. Karena kemahirannya di dunia marketing, sudah puluhan mobil berbagai merk yang berhasil dia jual ke konsumen.
“Kuncinya yakin saja. Selain itu keseriusan juga menjadi faktor penting. Kalau ulet dan pantang menyerah insyaa Allah sukses,” katanya penuh optimis.
Sedetik bagi Ary ternyata begitu berharga. Karena itu dirinya selalu memanfaatkan setiap waktu untuk menapaki jalan bisnisnya. Mulai dari meloby konsumen, mempromosikan mobil yang dia pasarkan bahkan tidak jarang mengajak calon konsumen ngopi sambil menyebarkan brosur tentang mobil terbaru yang tersedia di dealer tempat dia bekerja.
“Suka duka seorang sales dimana saja sama. Kadang ditolak, kadang janji ketemu di suatu tempat tapi setelah kita tunggu berjam-jam orangnya tidak datang. Bagi saya itu bumbu penyedap bagi perjalanan hidup seorang sales. Tidak perlu patah arang. Tidak perlu menyerah. Karena sukses seorang sales itu ngeyel dan tahan banting,” katanya sambil ketawa.
Naluri bisnis lelaki yang memiliki tubuh kurang sempurna ini ternyata memang luar biasa. Ary yang ada sedikit cacat pada kaki dan tangannya karena sebuah kecelakaan tersebut, juga tengah merintis bisnis hidroponik yang saat ini lagi naik daun.
Melalui Dirga Farm Hidroponik miliknya, Ary sudah mampu memproduksi sayuran hidroponik jenis selada. Bahkan bisnis hidroponik yang awalnya dimulai dari memanfaatkan botol bekas oli yang dia ambil dari dealer tempatnya bekerja, kini mampu memproduksi secara rutin tiap hari untuk mensuplai super market dan warung-warung kecil di Tanjungpinang dan Bintan.
“Saya sudah berhasil membuka empat meja dengan 1500 lubang untuk tanaman selada. Dengan sistem tanam bergilir, alhamdulillah setiap hari saya bisa panen untuk super market dan warung-warung kecil,” katanya penuh semangat.
Bahkan karena bisnis sayur hidroponik punya masa depan cerah, dirinya akan mencoba budi daya Bayam Brazil.
“Caranya mudah dan harganya mahal. Saya lagi pesan pada teman untuk dapatkan Bayam Brazil ini,” katanya.
Pengelolaan Dirga Farm Hidroponik murni Ary urus sendiri. Dia manfaatkan waktu sebelum berangkat ke kantor dan setelah pulang dari kantor.
“Manajemen waktu itu sangat penting. Selagi saya masih muda, tetap akan saya manfaatkan untuk hal-hal yang positif dan produktif. Menikmati kesuksesan dari keringat sendiri itu nikmat,” katanya sambil menyeruput secangkir kopi yang keburu dingin karena dari tadi tak disentuhnya.
