Lihatkepri.com, Tanjungpinang – Sekdaprov Kepri, H TS. Arif Fadillah resmi menjabat Plh Gubernur Kepri mulai Jumat (12/2). SK penunjukan dan pengangkatan Arif sebagai Plh Gubernur Kepri diberikan langsung oleh Dirjen Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Bahtiar Baharuddin, di Jakarta, Rabu (10/2).
Pernyataan ini disampaikan langsung oleh Gubernur Kepri, Isdianto saat memberikan kata sambutan silaturahmi berakhirnya masa jabatannya sebagai Gubernur Kepri mulai 12 Februari.
“Pak Sekda akan menjabat Plh Gubernur sampai ada nantinya Gubernur baru. Harapan saya bisa bekerja baik dan bekerjasama dengan semua SKPD, ” kata Isdianto di Aula Kantor Gubernur Kepri, Kamis (11/2).
Isdianto sendiri sudah menjabat selama 2 tahun 10 bulan. Awalnya Isdianto ditunjuk menjadi Wakil Gubernur dan kemudian diangkat menjadi Plt Gubernur hingga akhirnya dilantik menjadi Gubernur Kepri.
Sementara itu, Sekretaris Daerah H. T.S. Arif Fadilah mengatakan dirinya ditunjuk sebagai Pelaksana Harian Gubernur sampai dilantik Gubernur definitif.
“Penunjukannya sesuai dengan UU nomor 23 tahun 2014. Apabila terjadi kekosongan maka Plh-nya Pejabat Tinggi Madya,” kata Arif.
Dalam wawancara tersebut, Arif menambahkan bahwa malam tadi telah terima surat keputusan Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Gubernur Kepulauan Riau di Jakarta
“Saya tinggal melaksanakan dan menjalankan pekerjaan apa yang sudah tertuang dalam APBD, dan ini saya menyatukan persepsi teman-teman OPD dalam pelaksanaan roda Pemerintahan,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, Pemerintah Provinsi juga sudah menyiapkan surat penunjukan Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Bupati dan Walikota yang mana masa jabatannya habis dan masih menjalankan sengketa Pilkada di Mahkamah Konstitusi.
“Kita juga mengirim surat kepada Kemendagri guna melantik Bupati Bintan dan Kepulauan Anambas dimana masa jabatannya pada 17 Februari ini,” jelas Arif.
