MANGGARAI BARAT – PT Pertamina (Persero) terus mendorong UMKM binaannya menuju pasar internasional, salah satu upayanya melalui partisipasi pada Side Event SME’s HUB ASEAN SUMMIT yang digelar pada 9 – 13 Mei 2023 di Labuan Bajo, Manggarai Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).
SME’s HUB ASEAN Summit merupakan side event ASEAN SUMMIT yang secara khusus menjadi ajang kegiatan bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk memamerkan karya kreatifnya, sekaligus menjual produk unggulannya kepada para Delegasi ASEAN SUMMIT. Dalam acara tersebut, Pertamina menghadirkan produk unggulan 8 UMKM di sektor craft dan produk unggulan 8 UMKM di sektor makanan yang berasal dari Rumah BUMN (RB) Lombok Timur dan RB Klungkung, Bali, serta eksposure kegiatan CSR Pertamina.
Pertamina sebagai perusahaan energi nasional berperan penting dalam mengembangkan ekonomi Indonesia melalui program-program yang mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM. Selain itu melalui kegiatan SME’s HUB ASEAN Summit ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM mendapat kesempatan untuk bertemu dan berdiskusi langsung dengan para delegasi dari negara-negara ASEAN dalam memperluas jaringan bisnis mereka.
VP Corporate Communication PT Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso mengatakan, melalui SME’s HUB ASEAN Summit 2023 para UMKM mendapatkan semangat baru serta rasa percaya diri dan optimistis bahwa peluang untuk bisa menembus pasar internasional semakin terbuka lebar. Fajar menambahkan SME’s HUB Summit merupakan momen yang tepat bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memperkenalkan produk-produk mereka ke pasar dunia sehingga mampu meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global.
“Acara ini menjadi momentum yang harus dimanfaatkan seluruh masyarakat, mengingat kegiatan yang diadakan di Daerah Pariwisata Super Prioritas ini bisa memberikan dampak positif bagi para pelaku UMKM Binaan Pertamina. Hal tersebut sejalan SDG’s 8, dimana perusahaan terus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif dan berkelanjutan, secara intens melakukan pendampingan dan mendukung UMKM binaannya untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dengan membuktikan kualitas produk UMKM ke pasar internasional,” tutur Fadjar.
Dalam kegiatan SME’s HUB ASEAN Summit, UMKM binaan Pertamina memperkenalkan berbagai produk unggulan seperti kerajinan mutiara, anyaman bambu, kain tenun, kerajinan tangan berbahan dasar goni, kipas lukis dan aneka produk makanan khas Lombok.
D’etnic Istana Mutiara Lombok hadir dengan produk unggulannya yang dipersiapkan untuk KTT ASEAN 2023 ini dengan tetap memunculkan identitasnya sebagai kerajinan bernuansa etnic. Janual Aidi sebagai owner D’etnic Istana Mutiara Lombok telah mempersiapkan produknya jauh-jauh hari untuk event ini. “Peminat mutiara di Asia Tenggara lumayan besar, buyer kami juga sekitar 70% berasal dari Asia Tenggara seperti Brunei Darussalam, Singapura dan Malaysia, ini merupakan ajang yang tidak boleh kami sia-siakan,” ujarnya.
Sementara EthneeQ dan Uwais Craft, merupakan usaha perdagangan industri fashion yang memproduksi tas berbahan dasar alam yang menjadikan kain goni sebagai bahan utamanya serta penggunaan kain nusantara sebagai kombinasi guna menonjolkan budaya Indonesia. Menariknya, Uwais Craft dan EthneeQ memanfaatkan sisa kain yang dikombinasikan pada produk mereka, guna mengurangi limbah tekstil.
UMKM Sinar Pande menawarkan berbagai macam kerajinan mulai dari lukisan wayang khas Kamasan, kipas lukis, hingga souvenir. Sementara di sektor makanan menghadirkan produk unggulan hasil dari olahan rumput laut, kacang mete, sambal khas lombok, keripik pisang, black garlic, bawang nunggal yang dikombinasikan dengan madu, dan keripik brownis. Semua diolah tanpa menggunakan bahan pengawet atau produk kimia lainnya.
Berbagai produk UMKM di Side Event perhelatan KTT ASEAN ke-42 ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kesan istimewa bagi para tamu delegasi maupun para wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara. “Diharapkan produk-produk UMKM ini bisa dibawa sebagai oleh-oleh ke negaranya masing-masing sehingga selain menjadi lebih dikenal, tentu saja sebagai ajang promosi yang sangat efektif,” pungkas Fadjar
