Dengan masuk nya new normal atau normal yang baru setelah dicabut nya masa pemberlakuan kerumunan massa dan beraktivitas di tempat tempat keramaian seperti kantor, pasar dan taman hiburan dan lain lain itu walaupun belum begitu normal normal betul atau masih dibilang semi normal, maka tingkat partisipasi pemilih kemungkinan akan berkurang bisa jadi tidak seperti pesta demokrasi sebelum sebelumnya, karna apa, masyarakat sangat trauma untuk melakukan aktivitas yang sangat berdekatan walupun sudah menjaga jarak dan memakai masker untuk pencegahan pengamanan, ini harus dipikirkan bagi penyelenggara pemilihan seperti KPU, BAWASLU,DKPP hingga pemerintah pusat dan daerah serta calon kepala daerah yang ingin menjadi pemimpin disuatu daerahnya dan lembaga lain dengan visi misi yang diutamakan ialah bagaimana penanggulangan covid19 ini dan memberi rasa aman dan nyaman bagi seluruh masyarakat indonesia, karna yang terpenting bagi sipemilih nantinya sekarang ini bukan lagi pembangunan berkelanjutan, mensejahterakan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan lain lain, walaupun setiap kampanye itu kita dengar dan kita perlukan, tetapi hal yang lebih urgent yang diperlukan masyarakat daerah ialah menghangus kan dan menghilangkan covid19 ini yang sudah banyak merugikan ekonomi kelas atas hingga bawah, sebab ketika calon pemimpin mempunyai visi misi demikian , mungkin saja para pemilih secara tidak langsung akan tertarik dengan konsep yang calon berikan.
dengan demikian ketika pemerintah sudah mampu melakukan penyelenggaran pilkada bersama penyelenggara yang ada artinya semua sudah mampu memberi rasa aman dan tidak sedikit melewatkan ketika nantinya ada kesalahan dan bisa diperbaiki secepat mungkin, oleh karna itu, perlu dibicarakan matang matang dipikirkan betul oleh penyelenggara dan khusunya pemerintah sebagai penjamin terselenggaranya pemilihan dengan rasa aman, maka dari itu maka rakyat pun tidak akan risau dan gelisah ketika sudah masuk ke TPS untuk melakukan pemilihan karna sudah merasa dijamin dan diberikan rasa aman, semoga saja.
