Lihatkepri.com, Karimun – Iskandarsyah Langsung Tancap Gas Realisasikan Janji Politiknya, usai dilantik bersama 44 anggota DPRD terpilih lainnya di Kantor DPRD Kepri, Pulau Dompak, Tanjungpinang, Senin (9/8/2019) kemarin.

Iskandarsyah, Putra Kelahiran Moro, Tanjung Balai Karimun itu kembali dipercaya menjabat anggota DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Riau periode 2019-2024. Pria lulusan Belanda ini mengaku ada beberapa hal yang menjadi fokus utamanya di awal-awal menjabat anggota dewan ini, yaitu memperjuangankan kebutuahan air bersih dan lapangan kerja di Kepulauan Riau.

“Saya akan fokus memperjuangkan kepentingan masyarakat Kepri, khususnya di bidang air bersih dan lapangan kerja,” Ujarnya, Selasa (10/09/2019).

Saat ini krisis air bersih bukan saja terjadi di Tanjungpinang dan Bintan, tetapi hampir di seluruh daerah di Kepri, hal ini diungkapkan Politisi PKS ini, Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah daerah serta pusat harus ambil perhatian terkait persoalan ini.

Menurutnya, harus ada rencana jangka pendek bahkan lima sampai sepuluh tahun ke depan untuk mengatasai persoalan air bersih ini. Jika tidak, krisis air bersih akan semakin mengancam Kepri ke depannya.

“Apalagi air dasar Kepri sangat tergantung air hujan,” imbuh Iskandarsyah.

Kemudian, terkait dengan lapangan kerja di Kepri. Iskandarsyah menyatakan saat ini angka pengangguran di Kepri cukup tinggi, terakhir Kepri berada di peringkat kelima se-Indonesia sebagai daerah dengan angka pengangguran tertinggi.

Ke depan, lanjutnya, angkatan kerja yang selesai kuliah maupun tamatan SMA/SMK semakin tinggi. Ia menyarankan, agar pemerintah daerah mencari terobosan untuk mengantisipasi tantangan tersebut. Salah satunya, Plt Gubernur Kepri, Isdianto disarankan melakukan pertemuan dan koordinasi bersama Bupati/Walikota se Kepri untuk bekerjasama baik dalam hal kebijakan regulasi maupun anggaran.

“Harus saling membantu dan mendukung karena masyarakat Kepri adalah tanggungjawab jawab para kepala daerah,” pungkas pria yang baru saja menyelesaikan ibadah haji tersebut. (Mn)
