TANJUNGPINANG – Ikatan Cendikiawan Muslim Se-Indonesia Organisasi Wilayah atau ICMI Orwil Provinsi Kepulauan Riau menggelar Rapat Kerja Wilayah (Rakerwil) yang disejalankan Silaturahmi Kerja Wilayah (Silakwil) ICMI Provinsi Kepri tahun 2023.
Kegiatan yang digelar di Asrama Haji Provinsi Kepri tersebut akan berlangsung selama tiga hari 23-25 Oktober 2023. Pertemuan tahunan itu ditargetkan diikuti sebanyak 115 orang yang terdiri dari dewan penasehat, dewan pakar, pengurus Orwil, pengurus Orda serta organiasi otonom.
Wakil ketua harian ICMI Orwil Kepulauan Riau Ridarman Bay, SE, MM mengatakan, beberapa hal yang menjadi maksud dan tujuan kegiatan tersebut antara lain untuk menyusun program kerja satu tahun kedepan, selain itu pertemuan ini juga ajang penyampaian ide dan gagasan sebagai rekomendasi organisasi untuk pengembangan dan sumbangsih terhadap pembangunan daerah.
“Gagasan itu dihimpun dari bidang bidang yang ada serta Orda Kabupaten/ Kota kita akan buat kegiatan yang sifatnya betujuan demi pembangunan daerah,” ungkap Ridarman.
Setelah mendengarkan paparan singkat dari perwakilan ICMI Orda 7 Kabupaten/ Kota, Kegiatan hari pertama Rakerwil yakni selasa (23/10) malam itu langsung dibentuk rapat-rapat yang terbagi dalam 3 sidang komisi.
“Komisi 1 bidang program kerja, komisi 2 membahas bidang rekomendasi silaknas dan sidang komisi 3, membahas isu aktual RUU Kepulauan, Labuh Jangkar dan tanah Ulayat/ Tempatan.
Menarik dicermati, dimana salah satu isu aktual yang dibahas dalam siang komisi 3 yakni terkait tanah Ulayat. Dimana sidang yang dipimpin oleh Suyono Saeran, S.TP, M,AP yang juga ketua bidang pengembangan politik dan pemerintahan ini menghasilkan rekomendasi pertama terkait Isu RUU Kepulauan, ICMI Orwil Kepri meminta Majelis ICMI Pusat untuk mendesak pemerintah untuk memprioritaskan pembahasan RUU Kepulauan secepatnya. Kemuian terkait labuh jangkar, Orwil Kepri menghasilkan rekomendasi meminta Majelis ICMI Pusat untuk mengevaluasi menyeluruh terhadap aturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan pelayaran dan kepelabuhanan.
Dan terakhir, terkait isu tanah Ulayat atau Tempatan, hasil rapat juga meminta kepada majelis ICMI Pusat untuk mengajukan kampung tua sebagai bagian dari tanah Ulayat.
“Terhadap tanah kampung tua yang terdampak oleh rencana investasi harus mempertimbangkan hak hak ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan, misalnya dalam bentuk penyertaan saham pada masyarakat,” kata Suyono sebelum menutup sidang.*
